We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.  We also reserve the right to cancel any order in case of error, fraud, unavailability of products, or any other reason that we deem valid.

We will confirm your order by sending you an email with the order details and the estimated delivery date. The contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, payment details, and any special instructions. We are not liable for any delay, loss, damage, or additional costs that may arise from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. You may place an order to purchase a product advertised for sale on the website by following the onscreen prompts after clicking on the item you are interested in. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order. After your order has been placed, if you do require your any details of your order to be cancelled or changed please contact enquiries@chamberspets.co.uk. Please note that we are not able to cancel or change orders or delivery addresses once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

You can pay for your order using the payment methods available on our website, such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, via our secure payment processor, Payment Sense . We will charge your payment method when we confirm your order. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, fees, or charges that may apply to your order. We only deliver to UK mainland.

Our Website contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our website may be incorrectly priced or incorrectly showing as “in stock”. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a product’s correct price is different from the price stated on our website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If a Product is incorrectly showing as “in stock”, we reserve the right to reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

We will deliver your order to the address you provided, using the delivery method you selected. We will try our best to deliver your order within the estimated delivery date, but we cannot guarantee that it will arrive on time. We are not liable for any delay, loss, damage, or additional cost that may have arisen due to delay.

You have the right to return or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. You must contact us before returning or exchanging any product and follow our instructions. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning or exchanging any product. We will refund or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it back. We warrant that all products sold by us are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. If any product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it and provide photographic proof of the defect or damage. We will replace or refund the defective or damaged product at our discretion.

We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss that may occur to you or your pet as a result of using or consuming any product sold by us. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any product you purchase from us is suitable and safe for your pet.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
